Living Space – Making Dead Areas Functional and Beautiful ?

I have a home that’s mostly 90% good, but we have this section in the middle of our home between the kitchen and front door that’s really wasted space. How do I turn this dead space into more storage or something interesting, without structural work?

My home is a 1930’s art-deco property, with interesting spaces! When you walk through the front door there is a little section we have that just doesn’t feel or look right. I want people to arrive at my home and get that wow factor when I open the door to greet them.

Commercial Property (pre-selling renovation)

We’re looking to sell a property in West Perth. It’s a little out of date and needs a refresh before we put it to market. Our budget is 450k and there are 4 floors, with 6 offices on each floor, total approximate floor space of 386 m2.
