A Blank Canvas Near The Beach

In the kitchen, two-toned cabinets were selected with a fantastic egg shell blue from Laminex for the island. A touch of character was added with the cow-skin barstools and Moroccan pendant lights. The powder room is my favourite with these geometric tiles and halfway-high subway tiles. For the flooring, gorgeous Polytec Vinyl planks add a warm oak look perfectly and look fantastic on the stairs.

I recommend AppleLeaf interiors and Neve to anyone who will listen to me! Neve was invaluable when we built our first home in Perth last year.
Building can be so stressful but Neve made the whole process so much easier. She was involved form very early on and helped us tweak the house design, and organise the layout to suit our lifestyle.
As we had to choose everything from paint colour, tiles, floors, bench tops etc. her help was invaluable and made it a very easy and enjoyable process!
It also meant we were well organised going into any meetings with our builders and had all our choices decided in advance.
We love our new home and have been living in it for over a year now. I wouldn’t change anything in it.
Neve kept me on/below budget but we still got all the wow factors we wanted in our home.
It’s so difficult to write in a few sentences how much she did for us.
If we ever build/renovate again she’ll be first on the team again!
